Training descriptions and schedule |
School acts as an institution for off-the-job education. In comparison, training aims at gaining job-specific skills.
The Sprecher Training Center provides basic knowledge by meeting job-specific training needs. Through modern training techniques, our customers gain all necessary skills for planing, operating and maintenance works concering automation systems of Sprecher Automation.

The training may take place either in one of our seminar rooms, at your company, at your plant or in our virtual classroom.
Modular Standard Training
According to our training plan you can individually select from our standard trainings. The modular standard trainings optimally apply to small groups. They perfectly act as an introduction to Sprecher’s automation technology. All dates are settled for the coming year.
Project-Specific Workshops
Unlike standard trainings, the workshops focus on your specific solution. They normally apply to large groups and act as an appropriate extension of our standard training. All dates are setteled individually.
Project Coaching
In case you have already completed a standard training, project coaching will meet your demands for individual configuration of your automation system. Here, you are supported by a professional coach for the realisation of your project. As a normal procedure, your coach discusses the problems with you and advises you with approaches in the morning. In the afternoon you will be able to individually work on your solution. The number of training cycles is limited by the complexity of your automation demands and may require a couple of days.
Individual Training Programs
We offer individual training programs, in case you are in charge of human resource development and you have to plan on large-scale trainings as for service technicians in the automation field. Individual training programs are developed in the most cost-effective way and are therefore appropriate for training of large groups.
Web Seminars
Beside typical standard training, we also offer “virtual classrooms”. Here, you are directly connected to your coach via the Internet, which acts as a bi-directional communication like in a conventional training environment. The training content is displayed on the screen and the coach can be listend to via a headset. This training technique is suitable when theoretical basics have to be provided. Web seminars are typically held before standard trainings or workshops. Also they are an appropriate institution for after-training-support.
Video Tutorials
In addition to product documentations, we also offer video tutorials. With this tool, GUI procedures(i.e. parameter loading) can be recorded and played for tutorial matters.
Training Plans
Basically we recommend a "technique mix" for your training plan. As an example, you start with theoretical basics followed by trainings with the necessary tools. Eventually, you will be trained by facing realistic conditions.
